We're all emerging from the enforced restrictions of the last two years at different speeds and with different feelings. Some of us are full of energy and optimism for the road ahead, others are feeling anxious. Given what we've been through, feelings of anxiety are understandable. Much depends on our personal circumstances; some of us are immunocompromised, some are vulnerable and some are caring for people that are vulnerable. Some of us have suffered loss and are still grieving. We need to be patient with each other, we need to help each other along.
